The Live Network
Five people at your stage. One standing commitment. A review every two weeks.
Most people who understand the chain still do nothing with it.
Not because they are slow, and not because they missed the signal. Because nobody was expecting them to act, and a private intention with no witness quietly expires. The Live Network is the witness.
A cell is five people
Five, matched to your stage and to what you are building, meeting every two weeks. Small enough that your absence is obvious. Large enough that it survives someone having a bad month.
How it runs
- You applyThe form asks who you are and what stage you are at. That is not a filter on ambition, it is how you get placed. A founder raising money does not belong in a room with four first-year students, and neither of them is served by pretending otherwise.
- You set your goalsYour cell starts as soon as you are in. You say what you are going to do and by when. At the Summit you lock the full twelve months.
- Your cell of five holds you to itEvery two weeks the cell reviews what you promised, what shipped, and what happens next. You own the outcome. The cell keeps the record.
Peer run, on purpose
Cells meet on WhatsApp and run themselves. Moderators check in; they do not chair the meeting. The moment someone else is responsible for the cadence, it stops being your commitment and becomes their programme, and the thing that made it work is gone.
Matching is the product
The cell is useful because of who is in it. Stage and substance decide the match, so you land with four people whose next problem looks like yours. That is also why the application asks what it asks, and why a random five would not do.
What it is not
It is not a content drop, a paid mastermind, or a channel where links get posted.
There is one thing to do here and it is uncomfortable. Say what you are going to do, in front of four people who will ask about it in a fortnight. Everything else about the network exists to make that one thing happen.
Where it sits
The Weekly Signals tell you what moved. The Annual Summit turns a year of that into your written plan. The Live Network is where the plan survives contact with an ordinary week. You can join it without waiting for the Summit.
The community is live.
Open to anyone ready to commit to the cadence.
